We needed a quick and easy cauliflower rice recipe that we could cook up quickly to go with a stir fry, fish or a breakfast bowl. It didn’t take long to find this one.  Here’s how it worked for us:

How to Make Cauliflower Rice by Gimme Delicious Food


1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove of garlic minced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Rice the cauliflower by grating it on the larger holes on a grated or in a food processor.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan or pot over medium-high heat; add garlic and stir for less than 1 minute then add the cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower rice is tender and slightly golden brown, about 6-9 minutes.

Summary:  This recipe is great with Healthy Beef and Broccoli
